Richard Pickard - Co-Founder
Richard brings more than 25 years' experience personally delivering exceptional international recruitment solutions across Legal, Real Estate, SaaS, Professional Services and Financial Services - including seven years operating at Board Director level for international and listed recruitment organisations.
He founded Inclusive Search with a clear purpose: to reach a broader, more diverse talent pool while delivering a genuinely consultative, relationship-first approach to executive search - one the market was conspicuously lacking.
A multi-award winner in the talent and allyship space, Richard authors the 'Exceptional Female Role Models' interview series on LinkedIn - championing over 100 inspirational female leaders trailblazing in business worldwide. He is a recognised thought leader, a regular contributor to client roundtable events, and personally mentors high-potential candidates preparing for board and senior leadership roles.

Patrick Purcell - Co-Founder

Patrick is an executive search specialist who has operated at the very top of global talent acquisition - most recently as Head of Talent Acquisition at leading international investment banks, where he built and led hiring strategies across Corporate Functions including Technology, Digital, Transformation and Operations.
What sets Patrick apart is his conviction that the best talent is rarely found through conventional search.
